In the patented NRS process, the carrier plate is manufactured with a specially developed hook profile. The brake lining is compressed under high pressure with the carrier plate by means of a hot-pressing process. No adhesives are used here. The brake pad connects mechanically inseparably with the hook profile of the carrier plate.
The NRS process gives the brake pad a uniform structure. The homogeneous lining structure guarantees a constant coefficient of friction up to the wear limit of the brake pad.
When used during driving, the sintered lining ensures pinpoint braking through the finest possible metering.
The fine dosing of the braking force under low hand force, a stable pressure point and a fading-free braking delight every experienced motorcyclist.
Not suitable for use in racing, from 400 ° C, the brake pad is not resistant to heat.
The rubber provides maximum safety, is very durable and of course has an ABE.
